I used to just focus on my own goals. (Error number 1)

Having spent my entire life (35 years) being a top salesman for several international companies. And having been an elite national Tae Kwon Do athlete for just as many years on the side, I was coaching high profile personalities, celebs, actors and sports profiles in LA, both personally and through countless of published articles in national Martial Arts and Fitness magazines.

But I still lacked a really effective way of marketing myself and my at that time freelance services. Especially because I wanted them to turn into a fully grown company.

I was doing millions of things at the same time and had a hard time focusing on just one. (Error number 2). I´ll let you in on the how at a later point…

In my quest of climbing the mountain to success with my services, which included both graphic design, 3D Visualisation, elite coaching, and sales -  I had to face the facts in the end. My life was a lot about physical training and sales, but I was lacking professional knowledge in building a company, asking the right questions to finding the right solutions and structuring of my time and goals, to go where I wanted to be in the time I wanted to get there.

The thing is - when you´re pretty stable in your skills in one or two areas, the learning centers of the brain starts to wither. (Not being used). Your brain goes on "autopilot" and stops developing. That happened to me as well. Without being aware of it. I thought I knew everything I needed to know and didnt´understand why I didn´t get to the next level. Even my sales went down!

I dealt with long sickness periods, and the fact of being lonely in my struggle, which eventually led me to a sense of powerless overwhelm. (Error number 3: Being physically fit definitely helped, but was´nt enough)

Stress leads to analysis paralysis – and you start lacking inspiration and guidance for continued growth. In worst case you´ll end up with anxiety attacks. So I had to ask for help to get to the next level. Asking though was not my strong side.

But eventually, after many years, I started to ask the right questions and face the facts.

Here´s my struggle of finding the solution!

I started changing my habits... By doing daily mentally challenging exercises. I designed a step-by-step regimen for myself with the help of my vast knowledge in Martial Arts.

My IQ started to change enormously. I was suddenly able to pair several things together and end up with solutions I would have never thought of.
